I created Real Me to be a space where young people can feel seen, heard, and empowered to live life as their full, authentic selves.

I specialize in coaching youth and young adults, helping them move past stress, anxiety, and self-doubt, and into a life of confidence, clarity, and purpose. Whether you’re a parent looking for support for your child, or a young person ready to take control of your mindset and habits—I’m here to help.

What sets me apart is my ability to deeply understand people and situations. I bring energy, insight, and encouragement into every session—and I’m not afraid to challenge limiting beliefs if it means unlocking growth. My coaching is about more than just talking—it’s about real progress, real confidence, and real change.

I’m currently finishing my life coaching certification and am proud to offer sessions both virtually and locally in Rochester, NY.
